On the first phone call or email we will discuss the type of design and the project goals, as well as any other ideas or questions you have.
If you aren’t sure where to start, don’t worry! Our design team is there to walk you through the process from start to finish.
If you are local to Barrie or in the surrounding area we will come to you to take measurements and photos of the property, to ensure the 3D representation is accurate. This is also a great opportunity to discuss your vision in greater detail.
If you are not local, and we are unable to be there physically, the information can also be provided by the homeowner, or a contractor via email.
Once we have all the information we can begin your custom design.
By creating an accurate, to scale model of your home and property, we can provide an accurate representation of your individual project.
This is the part of the design process where your ideas come to life!
We will create multiple designs with different colours and layout variations to ensure you visualize all your options in one place, prior to any commitment to a product.
We will then work together towards the final design, taking what you like and changing what you don’t to create your perfect image.
After you are happy with the design details, we take a final look to ensure accuracy and send you your final copy for approval.

We provide one master blueprint, and a number of specialized drawings for each contractor.
You now own your custom design!
We offer continued service for all of our designs.
After we finalize your design, if you or a contractor has any additional questions or concerns, all of our designs are accessible upon request, all we need is your Frontline Design ID number.
